What is cancelled Order?

Order which is confirmed but cancelled before being shipped to the customer is considered as cancelled order.

What is returned order?

Order which is confirmed & then cancelled by the customer but already been shipped/couriered is considered as a returned order.

How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?

In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on contactus@tngstation.com or call us on any Customer Care phone numbers with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favorable to you, and reprocess your order if required.

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?

While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care or mail to contactus@tngstation.com.

What can I return?

You can return any products ordered from TNG within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our Quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.

How do I return products to TNG?

Simply call our Customer Care number +91-43089985-90 (6 Lines) , Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm to apprise us of any issues with the products you have received and would like to place a return request for.

How long will the entire process take?

Once your return request has been placed, it usually takes about 2 days to organize a pickup. Allow for about 3-4 days for delivery to TNG. In case you are shipping the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.
From the time that we receive your returns, your returns would be processed and the refund credited to your account within 3 working days.

Do I get charged for returning products?

No, we do not charge for returning products.

How can I track my product shipment?

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider to track the order:

  • Go to website of the service provider or a courier company.
  • Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section of the left panel. A window with the status pops up.

If your order status shows transit: Click on additional details. Details such as where your order has reached can be viewed.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from TNG once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Return Policy:

Our Simple 30-day Return Policy

If you want to return any product you can do so, within a period of 30 days, from the date of dispatch. Our ‘No Questions Asked Return’ policy means you can return the product for any reason whatsoever, even if you just didn’t like it. However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-returnable. Once received by us, you can either ask for a payment refund, or a refund voucher.

  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return.
  • If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched. If some beads etc were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.
  • There should not be any kind of marking on the product.

How does it work?

To return a product you need to follow these steps:

  1. Put the product in its original packaging
  2. Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice
  3. Seal the package properly
  4. Send it

 

To send the product, you can:

Schedule a reverse pickup wherein the product would be picked up by our courier person, at our cost. For Detail contact at 011-43089985-90 (6 Lines) or mail contactus@tngstation.com.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). You would be called and our executive would ask you if you want a refund voucher or you want the amount back.

If you want a voucher, the same would be sent to you within 24 hours and you can use it to purchase another product on Tngstation.com. If you want the amount back, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or COD, we will send you a cheque . Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the registered user. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
